All those who access information on this website, in the Swiss Post Cargo login or when using services offered via the Internet accept the following conditions. Although Swiss Post Cargo exercises maximum diligence to ensure that the information available via the digital presence is accurate at the time of publication, neither Swiss Post Cargo nor its contractual partners shall warrant for or provide any guarantee for its accuracy, reliability or completeness. The information and views appearing in the digital presence may be changed at any time without prior notice.

To the extent permissible by law, Swiss Post accepts no responsibility for the contents of the digital presence, its products, services or anything else it contains.

Applicable law/jurisdiction

To the extent permitted by law, all legal relationships between the users of the digital presence and Swiss Post Cargo shall be subject to substantive Swiss law. The sole place of jurisdiction is Bern.
