All those who access information on this website, in the Swiss Post Cargo login or when using services offered via the Internet accept the following conditions. To the extent permitted by law, all legal relationships between the users of the digital presence and Swiss Post Cargo shall be subject to substantive Swiss law. The sole place of jurisdiction is Bern.
